Nerdy Football Analysis: Jacobs has been limited in practice for weeks, but it’s fair to wonder if Oakland is going to scale back his workload a bit or give him a week or two off. He told reporters Wednesday he’s been playing through a fractured shoulder since Week 7. With the Raiders’ season suddenly headed in the wrong direction, picking up DeAndre Washington and/or Jalen Richard could be a savvy move.
