Tibia plateau fracture in left knee
Chargers announce Hunter Henry suffered a tibia plateau fracture to his left knee during last Sunday’s game versus the Indianapolis Colts. Per the team, Henry will continue to be evaluated, and the time frame for his return has not yet been determined. (Eric Williams on Twitter)
Nerdy Football Analysis: Adam Schefter has since reported that Henry is expected to miss 4-6 weeks. The Chargers have seemingly run bad with injuries over the last few years and Henry has certainly earned his injury-prone label. Virgil Green is next up on the depth chart but it won’t be surprising if Antonio Gates is lured back on a one-year deal.
