Ankle injury
New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski’s ankle injury, which prevented him from finishing Sunday’s game against the Miami Dolphins, is not considered serious, a source tells ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Gronkowski is expected to be listed as questionable for Thursday night’s game against the Indianapolis Colts, the source said. (ESPN)
Nerdy Football Analysis: Gronk left in the third quarter of Week 4 with an ankle injury. After a 100-yard game in Week 1, Gronk cooled off failing to catch more than 4 balls in Weeks 2-4. The Pats may choose to rest their start tight end in Week 5 given the short week.
