AP listed as probable for Vikes

InjuryStar RB returned to practice Friday

Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson returned to practice on Friday after missing the first two days this week with three minor injuries, and coach Mike Zimmer said Peterson will be ready for Sunday’s game against the Chicago Bears. The Vikings listed Peterson as probable for Sunday. Peterson had hurt his finger this month against Kansas City, and was also listed on the injury report with hip and ankle injuries. He had a sleeve on his lower right leg during practice on Friday, but shouldn’t have any problem being ready for Sunday’s game. It’s entirely possible the Vikings will work in some days off for Peterson through the middle of the season, to give the running back a break and help him rebound from nagging injuries. (ESPN)

Nerdy Football Analysis: Use Peterson as you normally would. He has a great matchup this week facing the Bears porous defense.
